RT-LAMP Premix (Dye I) (Bst2.0 HS)

LAMP (Loop-mediated isothermal amplification) is a nucleic acid amplification technique. This assay kit utilizes dye-based isothermal amplification and can be used for qualitative detection of DNA or RNA in samples such as viruses. This kit uses LAMP technology and designs 4-6 specific LAMP primers for the target sequence. It uses Bst2.0 HS isothermal amplification enzyme and specific primers to recognize 6-8 independent regions of the target sequence. The double-stranded DNA produced by isothermal amplification combines with the fluorescent dye to emit a fluorescent signal. The fluorescent signal is detected by the instrument to determine whether amplification has occurred.
