Colorimetric RT-LAMP Premix (RY) (Bst2.0 HS)

This kit employs LAMP technology, using 4-6 specific LAMP primers designed for the target sequence. The Bst2.0 HS isothermal amplification enzyme and specific primers recognize 6-8 independent regions of the target sequence, generating double-stranded DNA through isothermal amplification. The amplification process produces pyrophosphate, lowering the pH value of the reaction, which can be observed by a color change in the pH indicator. Before the reaction, the mixture is purplish-red. It turns yellow for positive reaction, while a negative reaction remains purplish-red.
