Product Introduction:

Fast Direct Premix-UNG (Probe qPCR) is a specialized reagent for direct quantitative fluorescence detection (probe method) of target genes 

through DNA amplification without the need for nucleic acid extraction and purification steps. It contains genetically modified DNA 

polymerase that can rapidly amplify DNA, allowing PCR reactions to be completed within 30 minutes. This product has strong tolerance to 

inhibitors and can be used directly on anticoagulated whole blood, plasma, serum, throat swabs and other samples without the need for DNA 

extraction and purification. In addition, this reagent uses an optimized qPCR-specific buffer and UNG/dUTP anti-contamination system to 

effectively prevent false positive amplification caused by residual PCR products or aerosol contamination.
