Product Introduction:

FastAmpli Premix-UNG Ⅳ (Probe qPCR) is a specialized reagent for Real Time PCR qualitative and quantitative reactions using the probe 

method. It contains genetically modified DNA polymerase that can rapidly amplify DNA and complete PCR reaction within 30 minutes. This 

product is optimized for multiple amplifications through its buffer system. The reagent uses a mixture of anti-inhibitory amplification enzyme 

and UNG enzyme, as well as an optimized buffer system containing dUTP, which not only enables good amplification of target genes in 

samples with inhibitors but also effectively prevents false-positive reactions caused by residual PCR products or aerosol contamination.
