Product Introduction:

Neoscript Reverse Transcriptase is a mutated and screened reverse transcriptase enzyme derived from the M-MLV gene of Moloney murine leukemia virus, expressed in Escherichia coli. The enzyme lacks RNase H activity, has higher temperature tolerance suitable for high-temperature reverse transcription, and eliminates adverse effects of RNA secondary structure and non-specific factors on cDNA synthesis.
